Privacy, terms & data

When you send a reservation or enquiry we store the name, contact details, date, party size and notes you type into the form. If you sign in with Google we store your name, email and profile photo so the host can recognise you during your stay. We do not collect payment card data in this app.

Only to arrange the experience you requested, to contact you about it, and to keep anonymous usage counts that tell us which sections of the app guests use. We never sell data or use it for advertising profiles.

Requests are shared with the local partner who operates the experience (boat, restaurant, yacht or transfer provider) so they can confirm your booking. Data is stored on our hosting provider inside the EU.

We use essential local storage only: the apartment this device is paired to, your sign-in session and your recent booking references. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete everything we hold about you, or to delete your account, by emailing info@cavtatguide.com. We respond within 30 days. Account and enquiry deletion requests are actioned in full, including data held by our partners.

Sezona Concierge is a booking assistant: reservations are requests until the partner confirms them. Prices shown include the guest discount where applicable and are per person unless stated. Cancellation terms are listed on each experience. Minimum age for bookings is 18; some activities have their own age and health requirements. You agree not to misuse the service or submit false booking details.
